Ballgarii is a professional integrated manufacturing and R&D enterprise with a seasoned professional R&D and engineering team, proficient in product appearance and structural design. We independently develop a full range of terminal electronic devices, including intelligent electronic scales, self-service checkout systems, monitoring systems, etc. We also provide supporting design services and partner closely with customers to offer comprehensive one-stop solutions covering R&D design, prototyping, mass production, packaging and delivery.
 
We are equipped with complete and advanced production facilities: our top-tier CNC machining workshop has more than 50 advanced machines including 4-axis machining centers, delivering high-speed, high-precision machining services for metal and plastic parts with superb surface finishes, backed by over 10 years of industry experience. Our vacuum casting workshop specializes in efficient small-to-medium batch production and rapid prototyping, ensuring consistent part precision and quality.
Moreover, we have a large-scale final assembly workshop for large equipment, a dedicated cleanroom for high-precision and high-cleanliness products, a full-featured printing production line to meet diverse surface treatment needs, and a professional in-house laboratory conducting strict quality tests such as salt spray testing and 2D profile projection measurement.

Post-Processing Processes

After the machining process is completed, a series of post-processing processes are required to ensure that the product meets the customer′s requirements. 
Quality Inspection

Comprehensive inspection of the finished product in terms of appearance, size, structure, etc. To ensure that it is consistent with the CAD and has no defects.
 
Manual Finishing and Assembly

For parts that need further processing, manual polishing, trimming and other fine operations are performed, and the assembly between parts is completed to achieve the function of the product.
Surface Treatment

According to customer needs, choose the appropriate surface treatment process, such as: Polishing, painting, screen printing, anodizing, electroplating etc.
